Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MiximOD website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Terms

MiximOD Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MiximOD Ltd. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.

2. Products and Services

We manufacture and supply modular containers for silkworm larvae cultivation. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith but may be subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders and Quotations

Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by MiximOD. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email once accepted. Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless alternative terms are agreed in writing
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved purchase orders
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% above Bank of England base rate
• We reserve the right to suspend deliveries if payment terms are not met

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery dates but are not liable for delays. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Title to goods remains with MiximOD until full payment is received.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-manufactured items cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

7. Warranty

Our products carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorised modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiximOD's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of production.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, trademarks, and patents are owned by MiximOD Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting malicious code, or interfering with website operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
